For purchase issues, include your app store order ID when available. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
What To Include
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The Prism Pop Arcade app version shown in Settings.
- A short description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
- For purchases, the product name and app store order ID if available.
- For gameplay bugs, the level, mode, booster used, and whether the issue repeats.
Common Help Topics
- Use Settings - Restore Purchases to recover eligible purchases on the same store account.
- Rewarded ads require the ad provider to report completion before the reward is added.
- Cloud save and leaderboard features may require network access and service availability.
- Remove Ads suppresses eligible interstitial and banner placements after the purchase is active.
